Bahria Town today announced ‘Sahulat Plan', an easy installment plan, for Awami Villas members. This new payment option will further facilitate the members in making their dream to own a home come true. The initiative is in line with Bahria Town 's commitment to place basic facility of a home within the reach of a common man.
The original schedule has been stretched over to four years easy monthly installment plan. Members will be assisted in payment of 70 per cent of the property value. Most importantly, no interest will be charged to the members availing this offer. The offer is a pre-approved facility for all members who opted for Home Finance option while submitting their application forms. Members will also not be required to present any further documentation.
Bahria Town launched Awami Villas last year, which received overwhelming response. Awami Villas is an exclusive project of Bahria Town which caters to the demands of the low income class and will help bridge the enlarged gap between the demand and supply of the houses in the country. This project has introduced pre-fabricated housing for the first time in Pakistan . The production unit for Awami Villas, imported from Malaysia , is already operational. This initiative is bound to leave its sight on the housing and construction sector in Pakistan .
All members have been informed about this new provision through a letter that also gives the details of the date and amount of the new payment option. |
