Sardar Ateeq Ahmad Khan, Prime Minister Azad Kashmir and Mr. Ahmad Ali Riaz, Managing Director Bahria Town coming out of Awami Villas Model House in Bahria Town Rawalpindi
Sardar Ateeq Ahmad Khan, Prime Minister Azad Kashmir visited Bahria Town Rawalpindi on a special invitation of Mr. Malik Riaz Hussain, CEO Bahria Town. The delegation was shown mammoth developments of Phases 1 to 9 of Bahria Town Rawalpindi. The delegation was also briefed about the systems of Bahria Town management that have changed the very texture of real estate business in Pakistan.
PM Azad Kashmir and his delegation were impressed by the stunning beauty of Bahria Town developments. They praised the quality of world class facilities made available for the residents of Bahria Town.
The delegation also visited Awami Villas Model House and inspected local and foreign workers working on the construction of Awami Villa houses. Awami Villas is Bahria Town’s signature project that uses imported pre- fabricated technology from Malaysia to provide quick and cost effective housing solution to common man.
PM Azad Kashmir Sardar Ateeq praised the quality and concept of these houses and showed his keen interest for such houses in Azad Kashmir. This he added would eliminate the shortage of houses in quickest possible way.
Also present at the occasion was Managing Director Bahria Town, Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik who thanked PM and his delegation and offered his outright support in providing these houses to the people of Azad Kashmir.
